1. OVERVIEW
Return request window: within 30 days from the date your order is marked delivered (based on carrier tracking).
Personalized/made-to-order items are final sale, except for verified manufacturing defects, printing errors, shipping damage, wrong item sent, or incorrect personalization caused by us.
Change-of-mind returns (eligible non-custom items only): customer pays return shipping.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Eligible non-custom items (if available) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached (if applicable), and include proof of purchase.
Not eligible:
• items that are worn, washed, stained, altered, damaged by customer handling, returned late, or otherwise used;
• items returned without an approved RMA.
3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN (RMA REQUIRED)
Email support@glifetee.com within the return window and include:
• order number;
• issue description;
• clear photos/videos of the item and packaging (including shipping label if possible).
If approved, we will send RMA instructions. You must ship the item back within 10 days of RMA approval. Returns without RMA may be refused.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If the issue is our fault: we will replace or refund and cover return shipping (prepaid label where available or reasonable reimbursement with proof of postage).
If change of mind (non-custom only): customer pays return shipping. Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable once the order has shipped, unless required by law or due to our error.
5. EXCHANGES
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If eligible, return the item and place a new order.
6. EU/EEA/UK 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD (NON-CUSTOM ITEMS ONLY)
EU/EEA/UK customers may return eligible non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. This does not apply to personalized/made-to-order items, except defective/not as described.
Return shipping for cooling-off returns is the customer’s responsibility unless required otherwise by law.
