3. DMCA TAKEDOWN NOTICE REQUIREMENTS
To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include:
• Your physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and sufficient information to locate it (e.g., URLs);
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email);
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Incomplete notices may not be processed.
4. OUR RESPONSE
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we may review it, remove/disable access to the content, and notify the affected party.
5. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION

6. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY
We may terminate accounts or restrict access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
7. MISREPRESENTATIONS
Knowingly submitting false notices or counter-notifications may result in liability under applicable law.
8. CHANGES
We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
