Cancellation & Modification

1. OVERVIEW
Most products from Glifetee are personalized and made to order. Because production often begins soon after you place an order, there is a limited time window during which we can cancel or modify your order.

2. CANCELLATIONS
2.1 Before Production Has Started
If you contact us shortly after placing your order and production has not started, we may be able to cancel your order. If approved, your payment will be refunded under our Refund Policy.

2.2 After Production Has Started (Before Shipping)
Once your order has entered production (printing, cutting, embroidery, sewing, or similar), cancellation is generally not possible.
In limited cases, at our sole discretion, we may offer a partial refund or store credit depending on the stage of production. This is not guaranteed.

2.3 After Shipping
After your order has shipped, we cannot cancel it. Requests will be handled under our Return Policy and Refund Policy, if applicable.

3. MODIFICATIONS
3.1 Personalization Changes
If you made a mistake (name/number/text), contact support@glifetee.com immediately.
• If production has not started, we will try to update your details.
• If production has started, changes are not possible and a correction will require a new order.

3.2 Size/Color/Product Changes
Requests must be made before production begins. If production has started, changes are normally not possible.

3.3 Quantity Changes
• Adding items: place a new order. We may be able to combine shipping if the original order is still processing (not guaranteed).
• Removing items: if not in production, we may remove items and adjust the total.

3.4 Address Changes
Address changes can only be made before shipping. If already shipped, you may need to contact the carrier directly.

4. HOW TO REQUEST

Include: full name, order number, and a clear request (cancel/change size/update address, etc.).

5. DISCOUNT CODES & PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Discounts must be applied at checkout. If you forgot a code, contact us quickly; if not in production, we may apply it manually (not guaranteed).
We do not routinely offer price adjustments if an item goes on sale after purchase.

6. ORDERS WE MAY CANCEL
We may cancel orders due to suspected fraud, pricing/system errors, inability to fulfill, or offensive/illegal/infringing customization. If we cancel, we will notify you and refund under our Refund Policy.
